Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GetQuickHelp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

GetQuickHelp is a lead generation marketplace that connects homeowners ("Customers") with self-employed tradespeople and trade businesses ("Tradespeople"). We are not a party to any contract formed between Customers and Tradespeople.

3. Homeowner Terms

• Job postings must be genuine requests for trade services.
• You must provide accurate contact details.
• You agree to be contacted by tradespeople via your chosen contact method.
• Posting spam, fraudulent, or abusive jobs is prohibited and may result in being blocked.

4. Tradesperson Terms

• You must hold appropriate qualifications, insurance, and licences for your trade.
• You must only contact homeowners for legitimate trade purposes.
• Misuse of homeowner contact details (spam, harassment, non-trade solicitation) is strictly prohibited.
• You must keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date.
• GetQuickHelp reserves the right to terminate accounts that receive complaints or breach these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Plans are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

GetQuickHelp does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by Tradespeople. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from work carried out between Customers and Tradespeople.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GetQuickHelp, including text, design, logos, and code, is the property of GetQuickHelp and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
