Missing tiles on the back roof after the recent wind. Can see daylight through the loft hatch and there's a damp patch on the bedroom ceiling after last week's rain. Needs urgent repair before more rain comes. Semi-detached, Enfield.

Flat roof extension is leaking at the joint where it meets the house wall. The felt is about 15 years old. Not sure if it's worth patching or if we should re-do the whole flat roof. Would like a survey and quote for both options.
