• Tradespeople: Name, email, phone number, trade type, coverage postcodes, company name, and professional qualifications.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

• To match homeowners with relevant local tradespeople
• To send job notifications to tradespeople
• To send job confirmation emails to homeowners
• To process subscription payments
• To verify tradesperson credentials
• To improve our service and prevent fraud

4. Data sharing

Homeowner contact details (name, phone, email) are shared only with verified tradespeople who have an active subscription and whose postcode coverage matches the job location. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Job postings and associated contact details are retained for 90 days after posting. Tradesperson profiles are retained while the account is active and for 12 months after cancellation.
